Payment options

Note: PayPal is the service provider for payments on ccvision. Deactivate the "Open PayPal account" button if you do not wish to open a PayPal account.


Issue SEPA direct debit mandate

We offer the SEPA direct debit option throughout the EU. You have the option of specifying this during the ordering process in the shopping cart.

Download files directly after purchase

Individual files (vehicle drawings, vector graphics and photos) can be downloaded directly after purchase via the shopping basket. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the download link, which is active for 72 hours. Depending on your browser settings, you will be asked in which directory (folder) the file should be saved, or the file will end up directly in the "Downloads" folder on your computer.

You will receive some files as a compressed ZIP file. To be able to open them in your graphics programme, you must first unpack the ZIP file. Usually a double-click is sufficient, otherwise use a decompression programme.

Subscription orders are processed as quickly as possible during our business hours. As a rule, you will receive an e-mail shortly after your order with the authorisation to download.



Problems with the payment process

We use PayPal as a service provider for all payment methods. Should technical faults occur, the following causes may be present:

  • Network error: Please wait a few minutes and then try again.
  • Ad blocker: Temporarily deactivate your ad blocker.
  • Internet browser: Try using a different browser.
  • PayPal error messages: Here you will find the corresponding problem solutions.

So that we can help you, please describe as precisely as possible how and when the error occurs. Make a note of the error message or take a screenshot.


PayPal error messages

Sometimes PayPal does not authorise payment transactions. We have no influence on this. Below we have briefly summarised the problems listed by PayPal and possible solutions for you:

Problems with bank account:
  • Bank account in the wrong country or currency
  • Name does not match PayPal account
  • Account has already been linked to too many PayPal accounts
  • Account belongs to a blocked PayPal account
  • Online/prepaid account is not supported
Solution:
  • Use only one account in the same country and in the same name
  • Delete old links if necessary
  • Use a normal bank current account
  • If problems persist: Contact PayPal customer service

Problems with credit or debit card:
  • Billing address does not match PayPal address
  • Card is already deposited with another PayPal account
  • Card was declined by the provider (e.g. security check, limit)
  • Account is not yet fully verified
Solution:
  • Check address and correct if necessary
  • Remove card from other PayPal account
  • Have the provider authorise the card or use another card
  • Fully verify account (confirm identity & email)
Problems with the PayPal account:
  • Suspicion of unauthorised access or unusual activity
  • Open checks according to legal requirements
  • Violation of PayPal terms of use
  • Incorrect or missing account details
Solution:
  • Log in to PayPal and follow the steps shown under "Dispute resolution"
  • Upload proof of identity or address if requested
  • Do not open emails with restriction warnings if they do not also appear in the account (suspected phishing)
  • In case of uncertainty: contact PayPal directly

Download not possible despite subscription

Important: Only log in with the e-mail address you entered when you purchased the subscription. If you enter a different e-mail address, you will not be able to download any files. If the problem persists, please call us on +49 761 479240 or send us an e-mail (please have your customer number ready or quote it).

Tip:
If you have several e-mail addresses or change them over time, it can quickly lead to confusion. You can view and note your e-mail address at any time in your profile after logging in.


Right of return - can the goods be returned?

Ordering is risk-free: you have a ten-day right of return for sealed data carriers. The entire content of the DVDs is listed in the manual supplied. Downloaded files (photos, vector graphics, vehicle templates) are excluded from this regulation.


Shipping costs

We ship within Germany with DHL. Only the actual costs incurred will be charged. We ship all orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours) and deliver worldwide:
