We use PayPal for all payment methods. In order to help you, please describe the problem as precisely as possible (payment method, bank, error message, etc.) and take a screenshot.

1. general technical problems

Possible causes

• Connection error
• Display error on the page

Quick solutions

• In the event of a network error, wait briefly and try again
• Temporarily deactivate ad blocker
• Try another browser

2. PayPal requires login for credit card or SEPA direct debit

Why does this happen?

• PayPal sometimes rejects individual payments (security check)
• Some banks report suspected fraud for multiple identical payments as a precaution (e.g. for individual vehicle purchases)
• PayPal occasionally classifies small direct banks as less trustworthy

Solutions

• Contact your bank (clarify suspicions)
• Use a subscription instead of individual purchases
• Create a PayPal account if PayPal requires this

3 PayPal: Overview of common causes & solutions

3a. Problems with the bank account

Possible reasons

• Account in the wrong country / wrong currency
• Name does not match PayPal data
• Account already linked to too many PayPal accounts
• Linked to a blocked PayPal account
• Prepaid or online accounts are rejected

Solutions

• Use account in the same country and same name
• Remove old links
• Use a normal current account
• If still exists: Contact PayPal support

3b. Problems with credit or debit card

Possible reasons

• Billing address ≠ PayPal address
• Card already deposited in another PayPal account
• Card rejected by provider (security check, limit)
• PayPal account not fully verified

Solutions

• Check & correct address
• Remove card from other PayPal account
• Have card authorised or test another card
• Fully verify PayPal account (identity, e-mail)

3c. Problems with the PayPal account

Possible reasons

• Suspicion of unauthorised access
• Ongoing legal checks
• Violation of PayPal guidelines
• Incomplete or incorrect account data

Solutions

• Log in to PayPal → Follow conflict resolutions
• Upload required documents (identity, address)
• Do not open emails with warnings that do not also appear in the account (phishing)
• In case of uncertainty: Contact PayPal directly

Individual files (vehicle drawings, vector graphics and photos) can be downloaded directly after purchase via the shopping basket. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the download link, which is active for 72 hours. Depending on your browser settings, you will be asked in which directory (folder) the file should be saved, or the file will end up directly in the "Downloads" folder on your computer.

You will receive some files as a compressed ZIP file. To be able to open them in your graphics programme, you must first unpack the ZIP file. Usually a double-click is sufficient, otherwise use a decompression programme.

Subscription orders are processed as quickly as possible during our business hours. As a rule, you will receive an e-mail shortly after your order with the authorisation to download.

When purchasing files via our webshop, the download links are always displayed directly after payment. If this is not the case, it is because your browser is blocking the redirection from PayPal back to our website.

Pragmatic, quick solution:
After each order, you will also receive an e-mail with the download links.

Permanent solution (recommended!):
Watch out for corresponding warning messages and allow redirection in your browser settings.

Instructions for Firefox:
If the warning message appears at the top left, click on"Settings" next to it and then on
"Allow pop-ups and third-party redirects for www.ccvision.de".
You can also do this at any time in the settings:
Privacy & Security > Permissions > Block pop-ups and third-party redirects > Exceptions... > Enter"https://www.ccvision.de" and click "Save changes".

After each order you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and a download link as well as another e-mail with the invoice in PDF format. When shipping physical goods, the invoice is enclosed with the goods.

Important: Only log in with the e-mail address you entered when you purchased the subscription. If you enter a different e-mail address, you will not be able to download any files. If the problem persists, please call us on +49 761 479240 or send us an e-mail (please have your customer number ready or quote it).

Tip:
If you have several e-mail addresses or change them over time, it can quickly lead to confusion. You can view and note your e-mail address at any time in your profile after logging in.

We ship within Germany with DHL. Only the actual costs incurred will be charged. We ship all orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours) and deliver worldwide:
