Problem with login/password

Important: Only log in with the e-mail address that you entered when you purchased the subscription. If you enter a different e-mail address, you will receive an error message, e.g. that your password is incorrect. If the problem persists, please call us on +49 761 479240 or send us an e-mail (please have your customer number ready or quote it).

If you use several e-mail addresses or change them over time, it can quickly lead to confusion. You can view and note your e-mail address at any time in your profile after logging in.

Forgot your password?

To reset your password and then create a new one, click on "Reset password" in the login window. Then enter your e-mail address and click on the "reset password" button. You will then receive an email with a link where you can enter a new password.

Password - how can I change my password?

  • Log on with your current password, you can now change and save all details such as Email, password, address, etc in your user profile.

  • It is important for you to protect your password and computer from unauthorized access. Should you be sharing your computer with others, make sure to log off after every session.

Change personal details

You can change your personal details (address, contact details and delivery address) in your profile at any time.
