Create password for your subscription(s)

If you have taken out a subscription with us, you will receive an e-mail from us. In this e-mail you will find a link with which you can create your own password for download access. If you have failed to do this or have forgotten your password, you can create a new password for download access here at any time.



Login problems due to incorrect e-mail address

When you purchased a subscription or registered, you entered an e-mail address for the login. You can only log in with this e-mail address. You can view and change it at any time in your Profile . If the problem persists, please call us (+49 761 479240) or send us an e-mail (please have your customer number ready or quote it).


Where can I find the e-mail address for the login and my customer number?

Click on Profile, your e-mail address for login and your customer number will then be displayed on the left-hand side of the page (at the bottom on smartphones).

Password security

Protect your password and your computer from unauthorised access. If you share your computer with other people, log out after each session.
Tip: When creating a password on our website, the strength of the password is displayed directly below the input field.


Change personal details

You can change your personal details (address, delivery address, e-mail address for login or invoices) in your Profile at any time.


Data protection

All details are treated confidentially and are not passed on to third parties or used in any other way. They can be viewed at any time in the Profile and corrected if necessary.
